What is reflexology?
Reflexology is a focused pressure technique, usually directed at the feet or hands. It is based on the premise that there are zones and reflexes on different parts of the body which correspond to and are relative to all parts, glands and organs.
The western world was introduced to Reflexology in 1913 by Dr. W. Fitzgerald, M.D. with Zone & Pressure therapy.
How does Reflexology work?
When the reflexes are stimulated, the body’s natural electrical energy works along the nervous system to clear any blockages in the corresponding zones. Manipulating specific reflexes removes stress, activating a parasympathetic response in the body. With stress removed and circulation enhanced, the body is allowed to return to a state of homeostasis. Homeostasis is the automatic process that the body incorporated to bring it back to the normal state.
Reflexology Session:
Reflexology session is for people of all ages, for a general tune up or for any unhealthy body. The vast majority of people usually realize the benefits of reducing stress, which in turn minimizes physical symptoms. A complete reflexology session is formed on both feet. The session depending upon what is required will last 45-60 minutes.
Benefits of Reflexology
- Provides a quick route to deep relaxation and stress reduction.
- Promotes balance and normalization of the body naturally.
- Increases circulation, with the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the cells.
- Supports health and well being.
- Strengthens the immune system.

Homeopathy
Introducing Ivana Holub H.D.D.h.s.(med)
I believe my path towards learning and practicing Homeopathy has been composed of a culmination of life altering experiences. Even when I was very young, my desire to be in the medical field was already ingrained even before I could speak. My grandmother an avid gardener was always first to show me the magic of herbs and simply cures. I was fascinated and inspired.
I would later follow my heart into Veterinary Medicine but soon found that traditional medicine just did not resonate with me. I was looking for something deeper, more simple and natural. I came across Homeopathy and instantly knew this is what I was meant to be doing. It gave me a sense of purpose and fulfilled a need to serve and help others in a way that other things for me personally could not.
I went on to receive my diploma in Homeopathic Science & Medicine in 1999 from the Hahnemann College of Homeopathy (York University) & the Toronto School of Homeopathy (University of Toronto) and have done much of my pre-med training at Guelph University. During my practice I have had a particular affinity to mental health issues and have come to specialize in treating people with chronic diseases that have underlying emotional or stress issues, as well as suicidal depression, anxiety and even schizophrenia.
In my spare time I am a voracious reader and student in the study of Homeopathy, Phytotherapy, Nutrition and Alternative Medicine. And have taken a special personal interest in improving the lives and health of companion animals particularly horses. Which inspired me to write an e-book on the subject called “The Ultimate Natural Horse Secrets That Your Veterinarian Does Not Want You to Know!”
I believe that making a difference in someone’s health or life in general is not found in a pill but in helping a person make better life choices and bringing their attention back to that which is important.

Judith McKee-Coffin is a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. She is also a member of the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants (IONC). Registered Nutritional Consultant Practitioners (RNCP’s) are professionals trained in holistic nutrition and complementary therapies.
As a Nutritional Consultant…
I will help you to make dietary and lifestyle choices that will have profound and long lasting effects on the quality of your life.
The quality of the food we eat directly affects the degree of well-being we experience. Most people don’t realize countless health challenges link directly back to the digestive tract, no matter where on the body the symptoms appear. Good health starts in the grocery cart. I can help you identify and correct the nutritional causes of diseases and imbalances within the body.
Personalized diet and lifestyle programs can be designed that will not only address nutrition, but also look at your lifestyle, exercise, emotional well-being and stress management. We will work together to optimize your health and well-being and prevent future health problems.
My approach is based on a nutritious natural foods diet, along with high quality supplements, when required. I believe in the consumption of the most nutrient dense foods available, to help the body naturally balance and heal itself.
